At the scheduled time, please call the number which I will give you. Please have your manuscript ready as well as a pen or pencil and paper for taking notes. Please call on time - I cannot run over as it will impact the appointment of the person on the next call. If you are late it may result in a shorter session. If you need to cancel a session please do so 48 hours in advance. At that time I will be willing to refund your payment or reschedule our appointment. If you have an emergency and have to cancel less than 48 hours in advance of the appointment, I will do my best to re-schedule, but cannot refund your payment.
